Where do you ship to?
We ship within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at info@baluzini.com and we will see what is possible. Customs duties or import taxes, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility.
When will you ship my order?
We typically prepare orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email when your parcel is on its way. During busy periods, times may be slightly longer—we will communicate any delay clearly.
Can I pick up my order in Rosmalen?
Yes, local pickup may be available by appointment. Choose the pickup option at checkout if offered, or email us at info@baluzini.com before you order to arrange a time. Bring your order confirmation when you collect.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, parcel size, and carrier rates. Any free-shipping thresholds will be shown on the cart or checkout page when they apply. The total—including shipping—is always visible before you pay.
Do you have a packing service?
Yes. We pack each miniature carefully with protective materials so it arrives safely. If you are sending a gift, add a note at checkout (where available) or email us—we can often avoid showing prices on the packing slip.
Why does the packaging sometimes look reused?
We reuse clean, sturdy boxes and fillers when we can to reduce waste. It does not mean your order is second-hand—only the outer packaging may be repurposed. Quality of the contents is always our priority.
