Where do you ship?
We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. If your country does not appear at checkout or you have questions about your order, email us at baluzini.co@gmail.com before you pay; we will see what is possible. Customs or import charges remain your responsibility.
When will my order be dispatched?
As a rule, within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. During busy periods, dispatch may slip by one day; if so, we will let you know.
What are the shipping costs?
Portugal: €5. Other EU countries: €7. UK and Switzerland: €10. For any other situation or question about costs and destinations, email us at baluzini.co@gmail.com before you complete your purchase. Free-shipping offers, when available, appear in the cart or at checkout. The total to pay is always visible before you confirm.
Are orders packed carefully?
Each piece is packed to withstand transit. If it is a gift, you can leave a note in the checkout field if there is one, or email us; we can sometimes omit prices on the packing slip.
Why does the outer packaging sometimes look reused?
We reuse clean, sturdy boxes and protective material whenever appropriate, to reduce waste. The item is new; only the outer wrapping may have been used before. We prioritise the safety of the piece, not the cosmetic look of the box.
