Contact us

Order gone sideways, half-formed idea, or you just want to say the mice made you smile? Send an email. We read every message that reaches the atelier inbox, whether it is about a recent order, a product still in the shop, or a custom thought you are still shaping.

You can reach us at [email protected] or send us a message via Instagram.

We aim to reply within one working day. If we are quiet a little longer, the needles probably won — small-batch handmade work means some days are spent entirely at the table. We will still get back to you with a clear answer once we can.

For shipping timelines and destinations, read the shipping and delivery page before you write: many questions are answered there. For returns and damage in transit, use the returns policy page and email with the documentation it asks for. Instagram is fine for a short hello; order details are safer by email so we keep a written record.

Baluzini is a handmade miniature atelier. We design and sew independently for classic mini-mouse scale play and display. Tell us your locale, order number if you have one, and what you need — that helps us answer faster.
