We do not accept returns on any of our items. For every enquiry about your order or our products, please contact us only by email at baluzini.co@gmail.com.
Each piece is inspected and packed with great care before it is dispatched.
Damage that occurs while your parcel is in the care of the carrier must be reported to us without delay in that same email. Say clearly that the damage happened in transit and include full documentation of the incident—for example, photos of the outer and inner packaging and of the condition of the items.
